Class President, Vice President, and Multicultural Senator are the premier roles for a well-rounded SGA. Elected by one’s entire class, these officers have the largest constituencies of any members in the SGA Senate, and thus, have the opportunity to be the voice of their classmates in congressional debates.

In addition to class officers, there are 10 elected class representatives. These members of the SGA Senate serve a broad cross-section of students spanning several majors and academic interests. In the past, these positions were called Academic College Representatives and they used their expertise over the issues that their majors were experiencing to shape SGA events and policies to best serve the academic interests of students. Now, under a new senate format, each class senator can come from any department or student organization.
